Surfers' Blood Movie

"Surfers' Blood" is the story of people with deep bloodlines connected to the sea.

The documentary film by Patrick Trefz unveils the life of Patxi Oliden, a 93-year-old oar and surfboard shaper who lives in the Basque Country.

The movie also dives inside the mind of Thomas Meyerhoffer, a Swedish-American designer and progressive surfboard shaper, and of Darryl "Flea" Virostko, the famous Mavericks big wave surfer.
